However, this does not mean you should ever disable any anti virus or spyware software you have running on your computer. Technical FAQs When I start foobtoob there is nothing playing on my screen. Why?First make sure that your computer is connected to the Internet. Next, make sure a channel has been selected and you have clicked PLAY. I get picture but no sound. At foobtoob all our programming is coded with sound and video files together. Please check to make sure that all sound hardware such as speakers and cables are connected properly. Also check to make sure that the volume has not been set to the lowest setting and that the mute function has not been activated. If all of this has been checked and you are still having problems we ask that you please contact us. I get sound but no picture. foobtoob programs are coded as single files so sound and video is always delivered together. If you are experiencing a problem where there is sound present but no video, please contact us. I am on vacation in another country and I cannot access foobtoob. Why? foobtoob obtains licenses directly from their producers and owners for distribution on the foobtoob network around the world. However, whenever a content owner has an existing agreement with another company in another country to distribute its programming, foobtoob must restrict access from that country or district in order to respect the rights of the local content distributors. How do I subscribe to more channels? All the channels that foobtoob offers can be added to your foobtoob channel guide by accessing the preferences on the bottom of your menu bar on the left of your foobtoob screen. Once inside your Preferences you can check all the channels you would like to add to your channel guide, you may add as many channels as you wish. Please check frequently as foobtoob is constantly adding new channels. How do I unsubscribe to channels?
